Oliver Cares

APAC team dedicated their morning to cleaning up a Singapore local beach at East Coast Park. Within a brief period, they managed to gather four bags of waste that could have posed a threat to our oceans and marine life.

Yesterday, a few members of our Oliver Cares crew had the opportunity to volunteer with Ele's Place West Michigan . They spent the afternoon setting up for their annual fundraiser and learning more about how the organization assists kids and teens grieving the loss of a loved one. 

On the occasion of December 25th, Christmas Day, Oliver healthcare Packaging invited professionals from Laerdal Suzhou to conduct an extraordinary CPR and emergency rescue training session for all its employees. This training served not only as a necessary skill acquisition but also as a testament to cherishing life and fulfilling social responsibility. 

Every year, instead of buying gifts for one another, the team pools their money to help a family in need have a holiday to remember. 

US employees hosted several golf outings for Folds of Honor, a national organization focused on supporting the children and spouses of fallen and wounded service members through educational scholarships

Employees in our Grand Rapids office wore pink and hosted an ice cream social to raise money for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Every year, all US sites come together to give back to those in need through the Toys for Tots program, run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. This program has become an annual tradition in many of our Oliver offices.

Oliver employees from the Venray, Netherlands office helped disabled elderly individuals see various sites around the city including special buildings, locations, and statues.

The Children’s Healing Center in Grand Rapids provides a clean, safe space for kids with complex medical conditions to have socialization, physical fitness, learning, and fun! 

Kids’ Food Basket is a nonprofit organization attacking childhood hunger by providing sack suppers to nearly 8,000 kids in West Michigan each weekday.

The Red Cross provides about 40% of our nation’s blood and blood components, all from generous volunteer donors. But supply can’t always meet demand because only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly.

In honor of epilepsy awareness, our Oliver Cares team participated in worldwide Purple Day on March 26!
