Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a leading supplier of sterile barrier flexible packaging solutions to the global healthcare market, today announced the appointment of healthcare industry veteran Kenneth De Muynck as General Manager of its Asia Pacific division.
In this new role, De Muynck will lead strategy and growth across Asia Pacific and will be based in Singapore, Oliver’s regional headquarters. De Muynck will leverage his vast experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries to provide general direction and oversight of all programs that impact productivity, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Oliver, De Muynck held various leadership roles in the Life Sciences division of multi-national powerhouse GE HealthCare, where he spent close to 15 years in sales and marketing, strategy, customer service, product management, and operations. De Muynck most recently led service sales at Cytiva, a global life sciences leader dedicated to helping customers discover and commercialize the next generation of therapeutics. In this role, De Muynck was responsible for driving commercial excellence across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, and India.

In February of this year, Oliver broke ground on a new manufacturing facility in the southern state of Johor in Malaysia. The plant will be the largest in the company’s history and is scheduled to open in 2024.
